Virtual Reality is a new medium for communication, and developing appropriate marine technology devoted to producing compelling experiences is a great fit for the engineers, scientists and technologists that attend the Oceans conference. Ranging from simple Arduino hacks to full blown VR cameras, there is fertile ground for innovation in this area, and this workshop is designed to offer a glimpse of what is possible.
Currently scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at the Oceans ’16 conference in Monterey; watch this space for details!
